The Guardian Center provides exceptional long term care to those who can no longer manage their health independently. Our well-trained staff provides personalized support and is truly dedicated to helping your loved one reach their optimal level of functioning and independence. The Guardian center’s doctors, nurses, dieticians, therapists and social workers specialize in progressive long-term care. Together, they offer a comprehensive continuum of care by utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach. We are focused on enhancing the individual strengths and capabilities of our residents as well as promoting a feeling of dignity, peace and security in a serene and peaceful environment.
The Guardian Center offers all the comforts of home combined with skilled care for your individual needs. Semi-private and private rooms are available with dining rooms and social common areas located in close proximity for easy access. Residents truly enjoy a casual environment at the Guardian Center where family and visitors are always welcome. A variety of daily activities including arts and crafts, exercise, and occasional outings add to our resident’s living experience. Additionally, pastoral services are also part of our long-term care program.
