The Guardian Center's skilled nursing and rehabilitation staff provides occupational therapy services, speech therapy services & physical therapy services that are specifically tailored to each resident’s needs. Our goal is to assist our patients and residents to regain and maximize their optimal level of health and independence.
Some common conditions that we treat include: hip or knee replacement or fracture, amputation, orthopedic injury, stroke, cerebral aneurysm, progressive neurological or neuromuscular and vascular disease. For medically complex patients, we provide intravenous and internal therapy, pain management, post surgical stabilization and specialized skin and wound care.
The Guardian center offers a variety short-term, on-site therapy options to help patients with their recovery. Our rehab physicians, nurses and therapists utilize the latest techniques and treatments to restore mobility, strength and prevent injury. Some of our therapy regimens include:
